Return Policy
Plants and accessories are carefully prepared for shipment and the delivery service ensures fast, neat delivery to your home. Still not completely happy with your purchase? Then you have the right to return these products within 14 days of receiving your products purchased on plant-nerd.com. However, perishable products, such as plants, are exempt from this right. This means that it is not possible to return plants. We typically respond to requests within 2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible to return your product(s).
When contacting us for a return, please include:
- Your name, email address and order number
- A photo of the entire size of the product(s).
- A detail (close-up) photo of the specific damage to the product(s).
- In case of damage to the package: a photo of the outside and inside of the package.
As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately start working on your payment request. You will always be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay for your order with us. Please note: you must cover return costs yourself. You are also responsible for the product until the return reaches us. So make sure that you pack the product properly before returning it. If the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment, you are responsible for this.
